Extreme power drainage Wifi

My Z pro uses an extreme amount of power then connected to wifi, i can be all day at work on 4G and it's barely using battery, anyone have a solution to this?

Hi mate,

Just do a quick check...

1.  Wifi settings - advanced settings - "wifi always on" - "never"
2.  Settings - location - "off"
3. "Settings" - in the search bar, type "wifi", scroll all the way down to find "wifi scanning" - turn off both selections.

There's still the buggeration that wifi won't turn off when phone is in deep sleep, as shown in battery statistics, and the battery consumption may register quite high value...But apparently the battery is still pretty good.

I already warned you. I hope UMIDIGI can fix this issue soon. It is unusual.

It's hopeless, i've adjusted the settings to never allow Wifi in sleep mode, this weekend i have charged the phone 6-7 times i think, this is not normal.
