Stuck pixels.....

So yeah after 3 weeks of using my new UMI plus i have stuck pixels on my screen. I first noticed it when i ran out of battery and restarted the phone, BUT dear umi! I have read these kind of messages over and over again on the top search of google, and your recommendation is to re-flash the os, reset to factory OR REPLACE THE SCREEN. AND provide pictures to your "engineers"... Let me be clear im new and a huge fan of you phones since you are probably the only company that was promising a really good product for the price that it really was worth, and i trusted you!
I don't have 45€ to mayby fix the screen for 1 month. When i first bought the phone i was expecting a working quality phone from this brand that was rising to take the spot of shitsung.

I really did want to promote this new and outstanding brand to the world, but at the state that your phones and customer support seems to be i really can't.

The problem most likely seems to be a bug in the os that it is overcharging the pixels when charging or something along the lines.

If not for me, then for your future customers PLEASE get better and make the smartphone indrusty great again.
