Well - I wouldn't say a minority. More like the same volume of complaints for delaying the release as now with the bugs found in the 7.0 update. I could agree with "unprofessional" as a good development team shouldn't release anything with known bugs in it - It's usually more than enough with the unknown bugs ('cause there's no such thing as bug free code). Then again, UMi is a very small player in the field of Android phone manufacturers, so to me, that's expected.
Since the quick charge is a feature of the chip set, i fear that the quick charge bug has its roots in the SDK from MediaTek - If that's the case, we (and UMi) are in the hands of MediaTek... |
