My UMI Super does not ring when I receive calls

1) I have seen the main screen and the sound is pointed as general;2) I have gone to configuration screen and then sound and notification and then predetermined profiles and it´s marked general;


Even with all of that, my cell phone does not play any sound when I receive a call and I just know that people called me by the lost calls message..


Please, does anyone knows what should I do different to fix this problem?

Ok...go understand it... after days of trying and just after writing the message above, I turned off and turned on my cell and now it´s working properly... sorry guys
