My Umi Max is on the O2 network in the UK and I have been having problems with TuGo software that allows mobile to use broadband signal.
On a call to O2 support I was advised to press Power and Volume Up buttons for a number of seconds.
Ever since then my phone will not start up, the screen flickers a little but never starts up.
If I try holdng down Power and Volume Up button then the UMI Logo appears but after a few seconds it goes back to blank.
Is there anything I can to to rectify this?
