UMI super unable to set up, ghost clicking

[size=14.6667px]I have tried to use my brand new phone today, I charged it overnight.  I can barely make it through the set up tutorial and it now continues to open the settings folder on its own. There seems to be something wrong with the screen as it keeps tapping in the same place by itself, making it impossible to navigate or type.
