Problem with Umi Super Driver

HI, Im just got my UMI Super 2 days ago..try to root and flash custom twrp recovery..(  using WIN 10 ) using the instruction i got from here and other reliable source..i got all files i need to root and flash..problem arise when i install mt65xx or MTK VCOM USB Drivers for Wins 10..when try to plug in to PC ( Handphone is off /turn off )..the PC dont recognize the Device and show Unknown USB Device ( device descriptor request failed ) therefore i am unable to connect to flash tool..is there anyway to connect / to fix it..? i already follow this instructions https://tehnotone.com/windows-10 ... l/#comment-327..but nothing is fix..please help..thanks before

steps i've done
1. download the require files and apps
2. when connected to PC, the device is Good..and can read/write on PC ( when the Device is on )
3.i install the driver provide from here MT65x3 USB VCOM drivers, just press install and it said install successfully.
4.i run flash tool, choose scatter file and check only the recovery.img from twrp that u provide
5.when i turn off the device, the problem arise, it can detect by the pc but wont recognize it. its said because it's malfunction and so on..also the device is on USB controller section name as " unknown usb device ( device descriptor request failed )..this is where i stuck..
i dunno if it is because i run it from windows 10 or else..
but please help..and thx before

There's no problem with Windows 10 and the MT65x3 USB VCOM driver is a signed one, so you don't have to disable the driver signature enforcement. It seems to be a specific issue of your PC or just the USB cable, that we can't investigate remotely. when you see the unknown device in Windows device manager, try to right click on it and manually update its driver.

already try this method..after installing manually using x64 file..it did show Mediatek Pteloader USB VCOM ( android ) ( exclamation point ).but within second it vanished..try using flash tool and download..nothing happen..getting frustated
