Replace a broken screen?

Hi:

I dropped my Rome and the scrceen shattered.    So, now, it is quite inoperable.  I am located in Western Canada.  Does anyone know if it is possible to get the screen replaced?  Can I ship it back to UMi for repair?  Is it cheaper just to buy a new one?

you can buy one on aliexpress 12$ more or less, my rome now is doing nonsenses with tactil. im thinking on buying screen+ tactil, but...... its a rome. or, its an umi.
