UMI Rome bluetooth delay / cutting out

Afternoon Forum  I recently purchased a set of parrot headphones zik 2.0 bluetooth headphones to accompany my UMI Rome, but i have 2 issue.

1 x When watching video files on youtube or via VLC player, the audio is out of sync with the video via bluetooth.
2x When i put the phone in my back pocket, the bluetooth connect cuts out.

I tried a similar test with an iphone 5 and zero issue..

Would you say this is a UMI rome issue or Android issue?  I dont have a second android phone to test?

Any advice to correct?
