So, I broke my phone's LCD and I bought a new one from aliexpress.com. The package came with te needed tools included.
But there's a big problem: There is no tutorial on internet for How to Replace the LCD Screen on te UMI ROME!!
Could you guys provide me a image tutorial or, if you found one, a video?

Thank you, in advance

Same thing I did because my screen cracked on the corner and half the display stop working.
Went with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro. Couldn't be happier.
Redmi Note 3 Pro Advantages:
Durability
Miui Software/Updates & Custom Development Support
Snapdragon 650
Lighter weight (doesn't matter to me but to some it will)
US Bands (including 2 & 4 that work great on TMobile)
Bluetooth actually works as intended
Qualcomm QuickCharge

Umi Super Advantages
Better Build/Design Quality (except the screen durability is crap)
AOSP and unlockable bootloader (tho MTK chip will mean updates & development suffer)
Display is beautiful
Bottom Speaker
Notification Light around home screen
Extra Button on the left
USB C

After 6 months of purchase, fed by the failure of the touchscreen, I replaced the touchscreen film without solving the problem.
The touchscreen whack, the lithium battery has swollen nearly double: I expect that in the coming days, during charging, the battery catching fire!
UMI: I'm happy to throw away this phone.
Shame because UMI ROME is nice and fast, but really unusable.
