UMI Iron Pro does not boot properly

Hello,

My new Iron Pro does not boot properly anymore. When I rebooted the phone today, it got stuck on the android logo, and doesn't do anything from there. HOlding down the power button and volume up button gives me three options that all do nothing. I have tried to follow a youtube tutorial to restore with SP Flash Tool, but the program doesn't go further than the Download DA 100%. I would appreciate any help as I really need the phone tomorrow and don't know what to do whatsoever

Dear dennisdanny,

In bootloader mode (that you got by powering on your phone with vol-up + power button) you can move in the menu with the vol-up button and select an item with the vol-down button. So select recovery and in recovery (you can move there with both the volume buttons and select an item with the power button) select Factory data reset. You also can boot into factory mode by powering on your phone with vol-down + power. In factory mode (that's in Chinese) you can process a factory data reset by choosing the line with 'eMMC'.
When using SP Flash Tool, you might need to press the vol-up button while connecting your phone to USB. Your issue also can be caused by a connection problem. Try to use another USB connector (don't connect to a USB hub) and/or another USB cable.
