Camera Problem

I have an UMi Touch and the camera was perfect but after I did a factory reset the camera is not okay. Both cameras are like the resolutions are in the worse possible and I can't put it in 13 MP and 5 MP. I change the camera quality but all the resolution options keep the same image quality. I have the latest software version. If anyone could help me I'd apreciate.

I took some screenshots of snapchat for you to see. The first is the back camera and the second one is the front camera. The image is terrible.

Dear italosl,

A factory data reset has no effect on the working of the camera.
To rule out the possibility of an existing software error, I suggest you to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flasher application. That process will completely rewrite the whole software content of your device. - You will lose your user data.

your camera pictures seems to be off focused, not low resolution. For better help I suggest you to share some original, unedited photos captured by the cameras, not screenshots.
