Wifi and "Awake" problem

Even i switch off the wifi it still keeps being on. But if i restart the phone when wifi is switched off it stays off.
And after last update phone stays awake during charging. It takes at least 8 hours for full charge!!!!

Dear Ruby,

I can't reproduce your issues. I suggest you to reflash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flasher app. That process must resolve any software related issues but your user data will be erased as well.

Thanks for replay but last night charged only 6%!!!!
It was awake during charging. And it is updated already with the latest firmware!

Can you try to turn off your WiFi in Settings-->WLAN?

Yes I have the same problem that if you turn wifi settings off, it still shows as on in the system battery consumption. GSAM Battery monitor however shows that it is not using any power. If I restart the phone with wifi off it does not show as on in the system battery use. There are quite a few reports on the internet of MM mis reporting wifi consumption so not sure if related.

Have you tried a factory reset? I did this after the last update and it cured the slow charging. Like above I am not sure the wifi reporting is correct. Have you installed GSAM battery monitor? Without rooting your phone its one of the best ways to determine what is draining power from your phone.

You have tried the factory reset or you have tried GSAM? Ill post some screenshots later of the system showing that the wifi is running even though its switched off and a screenshot from GSAM showing the wifi is not using battery.
