Random Turning off.

Hi, i've had the Umi Iron pro for near 2 months now, and everythings been fine.
Up until recently; in the past 2 weeks i've experienced 2 rather big issues

• (this biggest issue)  Phone will turn itself off, and i wont be able to turn it back on again for about 5mins.
  sometimes this is accompanied by a message saying the battery is overheating, which to the touch it does not seem that it is. i feel this could have something to do with the phone feeling like a rattle,
  as in, when you shake it, (left + right), you can hear and feel something moving around in the phone, which i assume is the battery. so maybe a wire has come loose? could it be an easy fix?
• The bluetooth will turn itself off during use, for a few seconds and then reconnect. this happens randomly. and is more of a pain in the backside.
  my 'debug' efforts have got me to see that the service seems to crash. fyi. the crash happens when not in use (you will see the bluetooth icon disappear at the top, and then turn back on again).

Well, I took apart the phone, it was the Battery that was rattling!  the double sided tape seems to be ineffective.

used my own double sided tape and now all seems fine.
