Umi iron pro bricked itself

Hello everyone,

I have had my Umi iron pro for about 2 months now and never had any issues.
However, today I was listening to music and the screen suddenly turned itself off but the music kept playing.
I tried to turn it off and on but the only result of this is that now I can't even tell whether the phone is turned off or on.
Could not do hard reset because even when i press the power + volume up button my screen stays black.
Please help me, I really don't want to give up on a new phone after just two months.

Dear Melanie,

You can force your phone to restart by pressing and keeping pressed the power button for at least 10 seconds. your phone will vibrate shortly when it restarts successfully.

You can also try reflashing stock firmware using SP Flash Tool. Or holding Vol down(-) and power for 5-10 seconds.
