Camera is not working

Hi!
I have a problem with my Umi Touch. Recently rear camera (13 MP ) stopped working . The front camera works perfectly , but the image is reversed. When I try to turn on the flashlight , says the front LED Illuminates .
Can anything be severed ?
Has anyone had this problem?
How to solve it?

Please help!

Dear Hibix,

Basically there are two possible reasons of your issue.
1. The system software got damaged at a kernel level. Please, flash the ROM of your phone with SP Flash Tool. you can find the latest version, other needed resources and guides here: http://community.umidigi.com/thread-2939-1-1.html
2. If flashing your phone doesn't help, then the motherboard socket of the camera module has probably moved off from its position. In that case a skilled repariman should look into your device and reattach the connector of the camera. To keep your warranty, I suggest you to contact your reseller about this issue.

Szia Bence! Nekem is ugyanez a gond. A hátoldali kamera nem működik, a szemben lévő pedig fejjel lefele mutat. Mi a teendő?

Köszi. Sátoraljaújhelyben lakok, itt a környéken nincs olyan telefonos, aki megcsinálná.
Te tudsz olyat esetleg a környezetedben?
Vagy egy átlagos mobilos szervíz ezt meg tudja csinálni?
