Umi Touch Camera Big Problem

Last Sunday I wanted to take pictures I have clicked the camera app n has not worked
I tried a second time the same thing
I have rebooted the phone
I click on camera app that works but it's the front camera which is displayed
the image is also upside my head down
I tried to change with the back camera
impossible to do
when I do a search system problems with an application that tells me that the front camera is defective
In fact it is the reverse
I made all the updates of the phone and nothing changes
the phone has 8 days
what should I do ?
I have changed phone because my old one did the same thing
It was the ulefone Be Pro

I suggest you to update your phone with SP Flash Tool. That completely rewrites the whole software content of your phone.

If no change after flashing, then probably there's a hardware issue of your phone. Maybe the camera module is broken or just its connector cable is removed.
