Sim & Micro sd

Hi all...

I have just got a Umi touch and unfortunatly I am the sort of person that struggles opening the box so inserting the sim and sd card has me confuzzled!

Could someone either point me towards a video or explain how i do it...do i need a bigger sim and memory card as mine are tiny..

Sorry if this has been asked already and I missed it...and for being dim!

Hi,

Do you have a SIM adapter?. UMI Touch is working with micro SIM not nano SIM. For this reason your nano SIM is falling when you try to put.

With a micro SIM adapter you will not have any problem to insert SIM in your Touch

You can install two SIM card or one SIM card and one SD card on your phone as the following picture.

Yes, it is. I haven't heard about the existence of nano SD card.
