Camera Problems (21MP)

Hello,

   i received my Umi Touch in Germany today.

   Umi Touch should have an 13MP Camera

   The Camera app shows me Pictures Size of 21MP and  i am not able to Change the resolution.

   Taking a picture is very laggy. Sometimes up to 4 Seconds

   I Wonder how it can have a Resolution of 21MP (6144 x 3456 Pixel) ?

   is this a Sofware Problem or did i get an Bad Device

Do you mean a fix for showing 21MP or the lag in the camera app?

for lag and other bugs at the camera app, he is currently very buggy.

Our engineers said this is the software difference pixels, we will set another 13MP pixels option in the nest FOTA.
For the first bunch of UMi TOUCH users, which are shipped last week, we encourage you to upgrade the latest ROM in order to have better experience.
Please follow on below steps:
“Setting” -> “About phone” - > “Wireless update” - > “Check for updates” - > Update -> Done

Hello,

got my UMI Touch today (Germany) and updated the phone to latest firmware Build UMI TOUCH.V3.02-20160402 and I'm unable to change the resolution. I only see 21MP.

Already the v3.03 version has been released with a solution for this issue.
