Touch sensor in screen suddenly not working!!!!!

I have loved this phone for the past couple of months with no notaable issues in any way shape or form regarding preformance. a couple days ago i pulled my phone out of my pocket to use it and the screen was going crazy when i touched it. no cracks or visable damage to the screen aside from a single small light spot (screen bleeding) but even when im not touching the phone and the screen is on it thinks im touching the screen... and it thinks i amtouching  all over the place. now there is an area on the lower half of the screen right where the keyboard is that dosent even work when i touch it... when i do the area right outside of the non touch area starts sensing? if that makes any sense.. so long story short the screen sensor is completly messed up and the phone is just bairly usable.....
plus the build quality isnt the best giving that the plastc end caps are painted and the plastic isnt that color... but i just wanted to know if anyone else was having similar problems and or if there was a fix for this? or the cost of a new screen? i really dont know what to do PLEASE HELP

Hi,

First of all, you should try to flash ROM again in order to know if there is a software problem.

If you reboot phone, just after reboot problem is happenning?. Is happenning ever or sometimes?

Please try to flash ROM with Rootjoy and check if after install ROM problem continue happening

okay i will install and flash most recent roms as i have not done that in the time that i have owned the phone. and it is happening all the time i have tried all of the trouble shooting methods accept flashing my device. the random touches where the device thinks i'm touching it when i'm not is only often but when i turn off the screen then turn it back on it stops (temporary fix) then after about another minute that starts again. the area of the screen not working in general is all the time no matter what i do to try and fix it.

so i flashed my phone... and the speratic taps pretty much have stopped. but for my screen and the touch sensor>>>>>> its still broken and now theres another area not working...... i know that i have treated my phone very well so i really dont understand why this has only happened to me.... not to mention its super stressful and makes me queshton any further purchases from this company... the software is good but the build qulity isnt. but i should have expected that from the low price, but thats not at all my main concern. what i want to know is if there is anything i can do.. i bought my device via aliexpress from one of UMI's official sellers

If after flash again phone,touch problems conyinue happening even in more areas, then we are talking about a defective hardware problem. In that case you should contact with official reseller where you bought phone and explain the situation. They should apply the warranty and give you a solution

I'm having totally the same problem. After 4 years, display just start acting weird. It started to point on display on certain point all the time. Now the phone is useful. Check my uploaded video: https://youtu.be/Ws0Zhk9-86Q
I changed the rom, problem remains.
What is the solution? Changing display? I really love my iron pro and would like to save it.
