My new Hammer S doen't connect to mobile internet

I recently bought an Hammer S device, it has great features, but there is no way to connect it to mobile internet, also the clock is not automatically set to the the network time unlike with the use of wifi which works properly. I repeately checked the network settings as suggested by the service provider. I have tried 2G network, but the problem persists even in this mode, an E appears in the notification bar, no H or H+ appears in 3G or 4G mode. All the netwrls are correctly found after scanning and their signal is strong. Voice calls can be carried out smoothly. I am able to use the same SIM card in my Samsung Note 3 neo device without any trouble.

Hi Enrico,

Have you set (and saved) the APN settings according to your service provider? Sometimes they can't automatically be set correctly. Use the SIM 1 slot for 3G/4G connection.

Yes, of course, I have set the APN manually and I have also tried to reset the factory data, finally I have flashed the official ROM. Perhaps my device worked during the first few days of use after I purchased it, I hope not to have got confused by the wifi connection and after the last time I suppose it worked, its screen got frozen, so I had to reboot it that time.
