Iron Pro charges only when it is OFF

My phone stated to charge only when it is OFF and when I turn it on - it stops charging and even is not syncing with my PC.
I've tried several different cables and even several different adapters and PCs. It is not from the cable / adapter / pc because when I turn it off - it starts charing again on all fo the.
The USB port is working too, because when the phone is turned OFF I can even flash it with Flashtool.
I've tried several flashes of the original Umi ROM - both versions and have done factory reset and everything, but with no success.
In some other forums I've read about the same problem with the Micro USB connectors, but they are problems with the pins inside and are easy fixable. I"ve tried what they suggest, but since our phone i son USB 3 (USB Type-C) I think this is not the problem or at least it will not be seolved the same way.

Please, help me UMI Administrators and other people! My phone is only 2 weeks old and already have problems with it!

I have have the same problem. Did you manage to fix?

Current work around for me is to charge with a micro usb plug charger with a USB-C adapter on the end.

UMI USB-C cable does not work via USB or plug.
