Could someone PLEASE advice how con I pay the 1$ for becoming a UMI Touch partner? I'M really keen to order the thew UMI phone as partner, but I can't see any link available for inscriptions

first i was confused yesterday, now it is ONLY ONE DAY LIMITED 100pcs?! WTF with project appolo?! it was frist community smartphone project!!! now just company products price 179 usd... IMHO
