Iron Pro Recovery Mode - No Command. Help please.

Hi there.

I need help.

I bought the Iron Pro on launch and once delivered I set it up only to realise I needed a new nano sim to use it. Anyway, a month later I got the sim, put it in, tried to get into the play store and I'm prompted for a pin. Problem is - I just don't remember the pin.. my fingerprint works for unlocking the screen but not for anything else. I wanted to try factory resetting but that needs the pin as well. Is there anyway to bypass this?

I tried looking online and found booting into recovery mode (power and vol+) would allow me to reset it. Doing that brings up the android logo in recovery but with 'no command' written in Chinese underneath. It's as if recovery mode doesn't actually exist on the phone.

What can I do? Please help.
