UMI Rome no data

I have just received my UMI Rome.
The problem is that I have no data working on it.
I turned on mobile data in settings
I have changed APN settings.
Still no data...
In the other hand, calls, sms and mms are working great...
What can I do to have data working?

im slighly better, i got data but feel like not alway connect. on the phone show data connected 3G or 4G but online game or youtube show no network... whatapps message very slow deliver.

Hi everybody

I have same problem,often on display show me connectione on service mobile and data,E 3G, but browser not work and all app needed internet service doesn't work. I change SIM, change APN too but nothing change.
But the starge thing, sometime work so fast, and after a short time,without moved a mobile back to a LIMBO!!!
I don't understant. Someone know some solution???

Maybe there is weak GSM signal. I have this problem.

is very common in my rome that after staying connected in a wifi, gsm signal don´t work until you put phone in plane mode and disconnect plane mode.

then arrive a sms that people has called you.

workarround: expand your data with internet mobile supplier and nor use wifi or connect an disconect airplane mode every day
