Flash tool operation is recommended to experienced users only. If you are not yet an experienced flash tool user, please carefully read the flash tool tutorial before proceeding, and strictly follow each instruction.

Except if an authorized or responsible expert directly asked you to do that,

Never format the flash chip of your device or you instantly lose your warranty!

If you want to apply a clean install or if you want to clear all root access and custom recovery to Make your phone able to receive FOTA updates again. Moreover, flashing with SPFT is the only option to repair (replace) damaged system software.

Extract the .rar file before use. The scatter file (MT6763_Android_scatter.txt) is inside the extracted folder, together with the other components

VCOM driver: Windows 10 can automatically install it. Please make sure that your Windows is logged in with administrator rights and your computer has a working internet connection when first time connecting your phone.

Here's an optional solution to start the flashing process on your UMIDIGI One if the standard method doesn't work.

It's especially useful if your phone is bricked or is stuck in bootloop

1. Connect your UMIDIGI One to USB.

2. Start the flashing process with the Download button in the flasher app.

3. Press and keep pressed the power button of your phone until the flashing process starts (red bar appears at the bottom of the app window), then release it. In this process you have to keep the power button pressed for about 10 seconds.

4. Wait until the flashing process finishes.

Kind request from users:
Please report any kind of new issues you experience after installing this update only if you've already flashed this ROM with SP Flash Tool in Firmware Upgrade mode. In rare cases a FOTA update can cause more or less serious malfunctions but That means only the update process went wrong, not a badly developed ROM. An updated stock ROM, especially related to the basic functions will not cause any new issues but will solve some of the existing ones.

Thank you for this update, it's good to see that Umidigi hasn't abandoned users of the One/One Pro.
The phone works quite well, and feels a bit quicker even.

However, there are still a few things that can be improved, and I really hope you do that in the future.
Below I will only name the most important ones:
1.  In the notification status bar, allow for notification icons from various apps to be shown next to time (to the left of the notch). This has already been fixed in the Umidigi F1.
2.  Update the security patch. It's more than one year old. Most important.
3.  Upgrade to Android 9 Pie. (Important for users but also for the reputation of Umidigi as an internationally-oriented phone brand)

My device has 4g signal, it works the normal internet, but I can not connect, nor receive, does anyone know how to fix it? Brazil

Yes, the internet works normally, but when I go to make calls the signal drops, I will reinstall an older version to see if it is a problem in rom or hardware

After installing the original ROM the computer does not detect the fingerprint sensor, it is not something physical or software but it used to work.

okay, ahh, thank you anyway! (what's your new phone? )

@all: I think I made a mistake, I just did:
1. used the remove magisk function (uninstall all)
2. pressed install OTA update

now there is no error, but the phone just says "Systemupdate gets installed" for minutes ....
maybe it will work, I hope, but maybe I did everything wrong ... :/

edit: never mind, it worked, this works! I stay without root now, and I hope the next update works too

Please help my my phone keeps on crashing all the apps are crashing as well and it will automatically shutdown on its own how to fix it. I tried all the firmware here even the old ones but the issue never fix. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Please you guys need to produce accessories for this phone like 5D Glass protector for both screen and back cover. It will be nice. And also security patch should be updated
