UMI Iron charge very slow

Hi, my UMI Iron old 2 months charge with original charger and cable absolutly slow, 40% charging after night only.
I try another micro usb cables, another 4 chargers, but is the same problem. I reconnect then battery under cover, same result.

I download from market program named "AMPERE" that show parameters from charging. Charging start with 1500 mA, but in 1 minutes go down to 350 mA and stay on it.
It same with 4 chargers and 4 another micro usb cables. I try it charging with computer but same results.

This phone take absolutly bllured photos. Maybe bad autofocus, i read it on most forums about this phone.

But for me now is important charging, what can i do??
