It must surely be a problem with the device.
I tried other phone finding apps and the same thing happens.
I just was doing test with Android device manager and Iron and all was working perfectly.
Do you have Iron on good position to be able to connect by GPS correctly? Do you have selected High Precission on Location settings of your Iron? if yes, do you have a good network connectivity when you did the test?
