Will Umidigi fix the UmiOS?

After reading on alot of threads I am wondering; Will Umidigi make the OS more flexible and open?
I am going to start the process with refunding the phone, so it would be nice to get an answer before the process gets done.

The best solution for UmiOs is to get rid of it completely I hope they do something, if not can you make a thread explaining how to send back the s2 pro? I really have no idea how to.

They will not remove it and there will no OTA. Actually the UmiOS is not super bad - its just so super slow and no multitasking posssible. If one opens more than 8 apps, the phone nearly freezes.

...it was meant about usability.
The performance is of course bad...it just eats the 6GB RAM like nothing.
