stuck on boot screen after flash, please help

Hey all, hope this is ok here as I cant find a UMI section

Im stuck in a boot loop after a flash, it asked for my last accounts email, but the phone is my sons and he made up a new one and didnt remeber it , so I went into recovery and wiped everything.

Now its on the Umi Splash screen and wont go any further , I cant access android to change it to debugging mode to use rootjoy to re flash

, I CAN access recovery,

however every file ive downloaded says "Not flashrom" when I try and select "Update"

Hello,

If you've never updated the firmware of your phone with the Rootjoy Windows application, then still the factory recovery is installed on your phone. That can't flash the updates downloaded by Rootjoy.
Your solution is to flash the phone with SP FlashTool. Check to following page for downloads and guides.
