You guys are doing an awesome job! I love the transparency and view into what you are working on. There are still some camera and audio bugs, but the quick updates and consistent improvement show that you're working to make this phone as great as possible.
By the way, any chance of getting radio bands 2 and 4 for LTE? I don't even mind if it's a patch I have to flash over the stock ROM, or even radio files I have to put in manually.
Friends, I from Russia. Not as unable to deliver the new firmware via RootJoy where can we download it just as before on this site? Will the update over the air? Thank you.
I flashed my phone today using rootjoy and all went well successfully but after restart phone went in to google sign and it got stuck (loop) on it. After I enter my email and password it will take me again to enter email?
Anyone know how to fix this? I tried re-flashing it again with SPFT but still same problem
I find this ROM to be very smooth, though there isn't really that much of a difference between this and v1.7. In the previous ROM, I was faced with a number of apps in teh Play Store not being compatible so I manually flashed a version of Gapps that allowed me to run those incompatible apps. After upgrading to v 1.8 the incompatible issue has appeared again, so I guess I'll have to manually flash Gapps again. I wish UMI would fix this
Otherwise, UMI is doing what a lot of other phone companies should do: actively taking care of its customers and trying to keep their models up-to-date and innovative. It's not the easiest task and I guess we should all be patient and mainly grateful for the work done so far. Thank you UMI
