3,5 mm Headphone plug and fingerprint sensor

Hi guys,

Now I have it - a brand new S2 arriving last week on Saturday...
The phone works fine, the OTA Upgrade runs after first initalisation - w/o problem.
look and feel good...

Two Problems can I report
1. Some Apps with fingerprint sensor have no access to the sensor - example: my banking App accessed on UMI Super with the fingerprint sensor, now on the new S2 - these App cannot accessed with fingerprint. same software on booth phones.

2. I have an older MB car and this car have no bluetooth, but it have a AUX plug, I think no problem, my new S2 connected with the adapter cable, works fine.. but after driving, when I have diconnect the cable, the speakers of the phone do not turn on. The Headphone Symbol is in the status row visible.
After restart the phone all is normal, the phone speakers working.
This looks like a bug in the software.....

i have the same problem with headphones with the bundled adapter, i haven't tried another adapter.
rebooting solves it

Hi,

1. This bug was present in other umi(digi) smartphones as well in the past. A later update will fix it. Most apps still can use the fingerprint scenner without any issue.
2. I have reported this bug to the developers. Until this issue will be fixed, disconnect your headphones while the screen is turned off to let the phone persive your action.

Same problem with the AUX plug and the bundled adapter. To reboot the Phone every time is a bit annoying

My Phone is having the same problem, but even worse only 1 side of my headphones works and i've only had this phone for a week.
i hope this is just a bug fix or maybe a faulty cable.
But i hope this is just a bug fix.
and also my  Usb connection is only letting me charge, but no usb connectivity to the laptop. it worked the first 2 days.

hello i was having problems my self with the umidigi s2 phone ,,first 1 is when making a call i cant here the ring tone, and when i reboot the phone all is good until the next day,back to the same,i did factory reset all good so far 2 day in,,,,now the headphones dont work ,,,wont read the headphone now,,i put into socked wont read the cable ty

Hello,

I have a similar problem as nr 2.
The icon of the headset everytime I plug it in it's always on and off and is completly impossible to have a conversation using the adapter. It worked for 1 month now it doesn't...
Any ideas on how to fix this?
