Help with my umi iron

I have a problem with my new umi iron.I introduce a microd card and after this the phone ask me to introduce a privacy code....I can,t use the phone in any mode because i don,t set any privacy code...how can i remove this privacy code?thanks

i try a factory data reset from recovery menu but no result.the privacy code menu is still there and i can not connect the phone to my computer.The pc can not see the phone and i can not activate usb from the phone.any ideea???

the phone was ok until i introduce the microsd card in it and after theat he ask me for a privacy code...
