Dear Users!

How can i use the fastboot or the recovery on this phone?
Which buttons combination can i use for recovery or fastboot?
The phone is did not power up completely, only boot logo and after black screen.
When if i connect the usb cable and use the all buttons i see the download mode.

I got the same problem.

After the command "adb reboot bootloader" the device shows the UMI-Logo on boot, but than goes to a black slightly flickering screen.



can somebody please help?!

Hello,

If remember correctly, in the bootloader mode your smartphone should not show anything, except for the black screen, so I think your emax mini is completely fine.

You can boot to recovery and fastboot using adb commands.

Also, sometimes adb can't see your phone. Its because you don't have drivers for your phone.

booting the emax mini into recovery OR bootloader results in a PERMANENT dark flickering screen. the phone is bricked for now. Until UMI releases a recovery tool. Here: http://community.umidigi.com/for ... peid%26typeid%3D104

Have you tried writing "adb devices" and "fastboot devices" in cmd?If you see your device in the list you could try pushing stock rom zip file to sd card and flashing it. That should fix your phone. Try that and if you have any questions please ask.

As I wrote before, adb and fastboot is NOT WORKING, the phone only boots in DOWNLOAD MODE.

i´ve the same problem and its imposible connect with de ADB, only Download-mode.
