UMI Hammer Broken glass

My phone fell from a small height and the LCD cover glass broke in one corner. The LCD is fine and touch control works well. Is it possible to buy replacement glass or front panel - not including the whole new LCD which is not necessary? Where can I buy it? Thanks.

Thanks for the response. That's not a good news exactly. Especially for a phone which claims to be more resistant and durable.

I'm in the same situation, but i didn't drop the phone, just took it out of my pocket and it was broken, this has happened twice in 2 separate places, my galaxy S2 lived in my pocket for years with no problem seems this phone is only strong against impacts to the frame, no way to contact UMI, no replacements available

I read about your issue, apparently you are not the only one experiencing this. In my case I take at least half of the blame. But generally rather expensive repair for the both of us.

my feeling is that as it is marketed as being strong it hasn't done what it said it would therefore it should be replaced, anyone know how to contact umi as it seems most of the useful links on the site done actually work

Hola a todos, hace unos 4 meses que tengo el umi "hammer" y la verdad es que me ha decepcionado bastante, primero el problema de la batería, nos la han metido bien, aunque han dicho que lo solucionaran... todavía estoy esperando el código de seguimiento y ya hace más de 1 mes que lo pedí. La segunda sorpresa que me he llevado es que sin recibir maltrato alguno, en la pantalla le han salido unas manchas negras que dificultan la visión ya que cada vez ocupan más espacio. He mandado varios correos pidiendo explicaciones de la batería y pantalla y no hay respuesta, lo que me da a entender que umi no es nada profesional y que nos venden productos que no tienen nada que ver con lo que ofertan. También tengo un umi zero y también se me ha roto el cristal de atrás... Solo quiero una respuesta por parte de umi para poder solucionar los problemas de pantalla,ya que el umi "hammer" no tiene ni 5 meses de uso y como he dicho no ha recibido maltrato alguno. Saludos y espero una respuesta urgente.

Y estoy igual, decepcionado por completo. Los puntos negros desaparecen igual que aparecen cada vez en una parte de la pantalla diferente. Ahora, sin golpe alguno se me ha roto la pantalla justo por el orificio de la cámara frontal, la parte mas débil supongo. No voy a volver a confiar en esta marca.

And I'm like , totally disappointed . Blackheads disappear as ever appear in a different part of the screen . Now , no blow broke my screen just by the hole on the front camera, the weakest part I guess. I will not ever trust this brand.

suerte con eso ... el vidrio de mi hammer_s esta roto
la pantalla de "speed dial" esta pegada, asi que cada vez que lo apago/"lock", del nuevo vuelve la pantalla de speed dial cuando lo abro.
tambien, la cosa de huellas no funciona - esta demasciado caiente, pudiera freir un huevo encima
