Is there looks a phone manufacturer?
Umi Emax mini does not support 3G / 4G SIM card in both slots. In my case, only SIM 1 has full support for 2G, 3G and 4G. SIM2 slot only supports 2G network. Data transmission is very slow about 18 kB / s max. The "Data usage / Cellular data" allows you to switch data transfer, but does not switch the modem 3G / 4G. Or is connected rigidly to the slot SIM1 or error in the program Android 5.0.2. There is no support for 3G / 4G SIM card for both slots
Two cards work in a 3G network, but only in SIM1 slot. The slot SIM2 none of the cards do not work in 3G network

Don't worry, that's the most frequent solution at dual SIM smartphones. So if UMI eMax mini is just the same, that doesn't mean an extraordinary bad case.

It is not normal. You write that Umi Emax is working properly. This and Umi Emax mini should work properly
Where is the problem? Perhaps the only software you need to upgrade ??

I mean that, UMI eMAX supports 3G/4G at both SIM slots (still only one of them at the same time), but that's an unusual possibility. Most dual SIM smartphones support the use of 3G/4G connection with the SIM1 slot only. UMI eMAX mini is a such one.

The official product page doesn't speak about that. Could you link an example? The normal eMax (I've got one) can set both SIMs for 3G/4G connection but not at the same time: you have to choose between them.

Max,

I explained you on this thread

http://community.umidigi.com/for ... thread&tid=1441

I just tried before to insert SIM on slot 2 of my eMAX mini (with slot 1 empty) and LTE was working perfectly.

LTE will not work never on both slots at same time, but this situation happens in practically all dual SIM smartphones. There is only one modem and LTE will be used only in one of both slots.
