Although I appriciate the help you seem not to read what I'm writing or we dont understand each other.

1. My phone is bricked now, after I rebooted it when it was stuck in welcome screen
2. I installed the driver from the link, phone was never detected (before or after bricking it)
3. My phone is still not detected and since it is bricked and not detected I cant flash it

Is there special way to connect the phone so that it is detected?
I have read that in some phones you hold volume button and then connect to usb - but that does not work for me.

Any suggestions?
[EDIT] just to be sure I will tell you how it went.
1. I received the phone
2. Booted up, did the welcome steps and phone worked fine
3. I installed RootJoy and I saw that there is newest ROM available 1.6 so I flashed it
4. After I booted the phone was stuck on google acount verification and it simple didnt want to accept the google account
5. I decided to go back to 1.5 in attempt to fix it
6. I sucessfully flashed 1.5 and booted up
7. After I booted up the phone was stuck on "Checking connection" (apparently it is not a rare thing I found couple of posts with the same issues)
8. After a while I decided to turn off the phone
9. While the phone was turning off I think I saw the batery discharged icon although the batery was full
10. Phone is not detected in windows and I cant charge it in wall socket so I assume the phone is bricked for some reason or usb port is fried

Of course I didn't read that you just mentioned now.
For SPFT you have to connect your phone to USB without pressing any button. However, you still need some battery power. Some MTK phones can be flashed without battery but the Iron is not a such one. You should try another USB cable. If your phone was not detected, than that's not a driver issue but the lack of physical connection.

Well you skipped the part that "bettery was full" before I turned it off, the screen I saw is just weird
There is no charging it, I used different cables.

either port is fried or the rom got fucked for some reason or there is software issue where device sees battery as empty and it wont turn on, I dont know.

Don't worry, I didn't skip that line about battery, that was just not important at that time. The content of the flash memory is probably not damaged or at least you could charge your phone. You should carefully check the USB connector of your phone for possible damages. A damaged USB socket or cable might cause a short causing turn off the battery. In that case, you can turn on the battery only by sending at least 3.5V voltage directly to its connector pins. The charger circuits of the phone won't start charging if the battery is turned off, so it's not sensible by the phone. If you can, you should remove the battery and check its voltage. If you can measure nothing, you have to send that voltage from an external power source for a second only. If you can't do that, you should give your phone to a skilled repairman.

P.s.: I've already repaired hundreds of Chinese mobile phones, but I can't repair one if that's not in my hand.

If I sound like someone that expect you to reach through my monitor and fix my phone for me then I'm sorry, I'm just pissed off, I only had the phone one day.
kudos for you being the a repairman.

I dont know if disabling the cover would break the warranty so I dont know if I'm going to do that.
Either way if the socket is damaged then it does not matter, it need to be replaced. Cables are fine, they work with other phones.

The damaged usb port sounds reasonable because like I wrote it was full at the moment I was turning off the phone and the battery part makes sense now when I cant turn the phone on.

If you know if dissembling the phone would break the warranty let me know
Thx

Your feelings are absolutely understandable, of course. Unfortunately, I haven't got an Iron from UMI to support my assistance here (I'm an eMax user), so I can use my general knowledge only.
If you find a covering sticker on the top of either screw, removing or damaging that stuff will void your warranty. If you don't see a such thing, you can remove the back cover of your phone without risking its warranty.

Question, how do you measure that battery, I mean there is the connector how to apply multimeter to it?
Or how would you apply those 3 volts to that connector?
