Sometimes you need press volume button up or down after connecting switched off phone to pc while SPFT is running.

\n\nI try anything the result is zero. The laptop find the phone but when the phone is switch off nothing .. The MTK VCOM driver is a problem - didn't instal corectly.
The battery result is very bad. 13 min. screen - 93% battery. Only viber - send 3 messages ...

Sorry but you can't calculate like that. Please drain battery through to day and check how long was wi-fi, screen, etc on.
Some companies lying and changing battery calculation parameters cause battery level indicator to not showing correctly from 100% but then when rich around  30% battery level is flying down suddenly.
You need test full battery capacity after minimum three full charging cycles.

Do you have any solution for USB problem? I don't understand why the phone is ON the computer find it but when i switch off the phone and connect the conputer didn't responding? I stay 3 hours and didn't find how can i fix it

On the box IMEI start with 359.... and when i go to "about phone" in section IMEI i see another IMEI for slot 1 and slot 2. They start with 443****** and 442*** .. I didn`t do FLASH or something else ...


And why FLASH process stop once in 26%, after that i start again - stop on 73% and etc.?

This is normal as PC only picking up phone when is on.
But SPFT will pick up phone when is switched off or without battery too. SPFT is for flashing phones,  so no need communicat with phone software.

The flash is OK - finaly. But now i have a problem with SN Writer. I do anything step by step but i didn`t see FALSE or PASS. I must write again IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 (window) ....

Do not use SN writer if your IMEI numbers are on place.
Switch on phone after flashing and go to settings - about phone - status - IMEI informations.
If numbers matching numbers from sticker or box is everything fine and you no need use SN writer.
Otherwise follow SN writer instruction. Don't forget that phone needs to be switched off too.

I tell you what i do to now.

I flash the phone (format all + download) after that i saw the IMEI. THE IMEI is not ok. I start SN write. Step by step but nothing. I can't see error or pass. I don't know why. Today i try again.
And i have more seriusly problem - battery. I am with last update. The drain when the is 20% is didn't fix. For minute the battery is over. Today i charge device i plug out and for 5 minute in stand by 3% of battery is gone. I go to battery setting - nothing. And the battery dry is very quickly. Later i upload a picture.

What should i do? Another ROM or?
How can i understand the model of battery? I want buy new and go to the service and change this battery.
I don't know what i must to do to fix this problem.

Currently battery is not available.
Please install 3c battery monitor widget from play store and keeping eye on battery voltage is dropping suddenly. If dropping suddenly is battery problem,  if not is software problem. Probably.
