Unauthorized re-seller, are we protected?

Searching online for umidigi crystal sellers I  found one (not authorized/unofficial) in particular that is selling it at 3 times its pre-selling price (sorry for rendoundancy). Anyway it is obviously out of stock.
So what could happen when the phone is ready to buy is that this site would buy a huge amount of products, making umidigi clients pay it a lot more.
I won't sponsor this site, so search by yourself if you are interested but..
A question is blowing my mind, is the company (Umi) protecting clients from this type of things or they just 'DGAF'?

I don't understand your problem. Maybe the shop will update the price until it received the smartphones (until now, the shop shows all colors - also the colors, which will not be launched and posted, that all specs and pictures will be updated after they get the phones). The UmiDigi D is only a little bit more expensive in the shop as the official shops like banggood. This is a reason, why I think, the price will be reduced after the market launch of the Crytal.

So relax and wait for the market launch.
