eMax was manufactured by TCL, so the source code is in their hand if they has licensed it from MediaTek. So, unfortunately that would be more than complicated and expensive to get that code for UMI.

the source code is available online, the truth is that UMi not have the skills to build a kernel for this device, it will be my first and last device of this company.

I'm afraid, the truth is a bit more complicated. The decision is yours, of course.
Although I really sorry, I'm afraid it's time to close this thread. Any more upgrades won't be released for UMI eMax.
