Hi,

I ordered a C Note a few weeks ago and received it today. I have tried charging it but nothing happens. No lights show and the phone will not start up.

Please advise urgently.

They have not replied yet. I logged a ticket and they said it takes 72 hours. I bought it online through Gearbest

Please use any 5V up to 2A charger and wire for few hours to check for charger/wire failure firstly.

Thanks. I went and bought another charger and it still does not come on after hours of charging. Anything else I can try. It is brand new and has not turned on since it was delivered 2 days ago. I have charged it for 8 hours on 2 different chargers.

You can connect to pc and flash system with SPFT.

I have feeling that could be hardware fault. Battery connection etc
If this doesn't help and you don't care about warranty you can open phone check all connectors (of course disconnect and reconnect).

It was delivered by the supplier dead on arrival so I don't want to open anything. It has not turned on since I received it 3 days ago. I rather they replace it with a new one as I don't want continuous problems. I tried the power button with the volume up as they recommended to reset it but it did not come on to select the reset.

I put my phone for charge. The battery was 0%. After 4 hours the baterry is 80%. Maybe i must wait 3 hours and battery is 100%. I change the charger. I am very angry for this. And i never buy Umi again. I have Umi Supe and i had a problem - the led notification didn't work. I said - never Umi but after change vision, name and etc. i bought again and the result is terrible ...

I received my Umidigi C Note on 16 May 2017. Turned it on, installed some apps. I thought this phone is awesome for its price - working fast and smooth, high built quality, pure android, good camera, etc. I managed to visit mobile operator to get nano sim card only yesterday 22 May 2017. When inserted sim card a message displayed on the screen "sim card is locked, only emergency" and the phone didn't want to accept and run sim card. Here in Bulgaria network frequency is supported according to phone specification.
This morning 23 May 2017 I was about to visit the mobile operator office to ask them for support. Suddenly when I tried to turn on the phone it didn't start. Repeated attempt several times in the next hour with no success. Then I plugged in charger to try charging the phone. Unfortunately no charging sign appeared on the screen. It is practically dead.
I bought the phone from GearBest and of course I sent a ticket and waiting for a reply. I will probably need to send back the phone for replacement/repair. In any case I am very disappointed and probably will never purchase Umidigi ever again.
Has anyone have any idea what could be the problem and how can I fix it?
