I received my Umidigi C Note on 16 May 2017. Turned it on, installed some apps. I thought this phone is awesome for its price - working fast and smooth, high built quality, pure android, good camera, etc. I managed to visit mobile operator to get nano sim card only yesterday 22 May 2017. When inserted sim card a message displayed on the screen "sim card is locked, only emergency" and the phone didn't want to accept and run sim card. Here in Bulgaria network frequency is supported according to phone specification.
This morning 23 May 2017 I was about to visit the mobile operator office to ask them for support. Suddenly when I tried to turn on the phone it didn't start. Repeated attempt several times in the next hour with no success. Then I plugged in charger to try charging the phone. Unfortunately no charging sign appeared on the screen. It is practically dead.
I bought the phone from GearBest and of course I sent a ticket and waiting for a reply. I will probably need to send back the phone for replacement/repair. In any case I am very disappointed and probably will never purchase Umidigi ever again.
Has anyone have any idea what could be the problem and how can I fix it? |
