Hello, the sim card tray is terrible on my new umidigi c note gray and the power button has scratches!!!

The Power Button was from the beginning so! The Sim Card Tray does not fit properly and does not close properly.The Bluetooth problems are better but not fixed. When playing music via Bluetooth, there is misfire!

My Sim card tray is also slightly recessed, but it is hardly noticeable and doesn't impact the use of the phone. That is unfortunate about the scratches on your power button, but what we're you hoping to accomplish by posting that here. Do you want them to send you a new phone?

As this is hardware issues,  can't be repaired remotely, you need contact to seller seller not to Umidigi.

But you need understand that this could be other fault cause Sim tray not correctly flush (of course this is your opinion). So new Sim tray could not help. Scratch Hmmmm how do you want me to repair this?
Seller is taking warranty responsibility from customer but factory from sellers. That is all.
Firstly you need send back your phone to seller for diagnose what caused such issues and if decide that this is manufacture fault repair, replace or refund.
Also you can request for partially refund to cover your dissatisfaction without sending device back to seller.
