You are working for UMIDIGI.
Any proof or screenshots or whatever provided would result in the same denial from you or MarcinP, claiming it's fake, or that it's none of your responsibility. And any try to insist results in a ban.
Which I may understand, you being tied to your company.
Lots of people, in lots of countries (just check other regions sub-forums) have noticed the same, on loads of retailers sites, info pages etc (are they all lying ? what for ? are they all giving false informations ? what benefit to them ? or did they get those informations -like us customers- from a trusted source and were misled by UMI communication ?).
I -as most other dissapointed customer- have for sure other and better things to do than constantly bugging or annoying you, posting so called "hater" posts on this forum, like this was really a fun thing to do.
We, as customers, have long since made our opinion about your company's policy and support.
You're stating a good support for all devices ? Then how on earth is there still so many posts asking for support or updates for every device released and complaining there is none ? Why on earth your one and only answer to 75% of the bugs or issue is "factory reset, flash and format" again and again ? If this is really what needs to be done to clear the issues faced, then at very least, admit that your ROM is not ok !
I assume your company is still at its early years, and it can't be expected from you the same level than any major or even bigger or older company.
But the support, the communication and the customer related skills are to be improved drastically.
Your devices are decent, with reasonable prices. But lots of other company devices are as well.
Customer loyalty is gained by trust and support.
You are on the edge of losing it, however nice your products are looking.
