This is the SP Flash Tool release of the

V3.02_20170505 (Android 6.0.1) firmware

for UMIDIGI Plus E

Flash tool operation is recommended for experienced users only. Do not use it if you cannot understand the whole process!

It's an exceptional ROM release available only in flash tool format. You can try it at your own risk

UMIDIGI Plus E is not a different model, it's just a new brand. You can update your UMi Plus E smartphone with this ROM without risking its usability. However, it is NOT an official update, so it will not be available as a wireless update.

If you are updating an earlier version, it is recommended to flash this ROM as 'Firmware Upgrade'!

Here's an optional solution to start the flashing process on your UMI(DIGI) Plus E if the standard method doesn't work.

It's especially useful if your phone is bricked or is stuck in bootloop

1. Connect your UMI(DIGI) Plus E to USB.

2. Start the flashing process with the Download button in the flasher app.

3. Press and keep pressed the power button of your phone until the flashing process starts (red bar appears at the bottom of the app window), then release it. In this process you have to keep the power button pressed for about 10 seconds.

4. Wait until the flashing process finishes.

Kind request from users:

Please report any kind of new issues you experience after installing this update only if you've already flashed this ROM with SP Flash Tool in Firmware Upgrade mode. In rare cases a FOTA update can cause more or less serious malfunctions but that means only the update process went wrong, not a badly developed ROM. An updated stock ROM, especially related to the basic functions will not cause any new issues but will solve some of the existing ones.

This is useless.
You are working for UMIDIGI.
Any proof or screenshots or whatever provided would result in the same denial from you or MarcinP, claiming it's fake, or that it's none of your responsibility. And any try to insist results in a ban.
Which I may understand, you being tied to your company.

Lots of people, in lots of countries (just check other regions sub-forums) have noticed the same, on loads of retailers sites, info pages etc (are they all lying ? what for ? are they all giving false informations ? what benefit to them ? or did they get those informations -like us customers- from a trusted source and were misled by UMI communication ?).  

I -as most other dissapointed customer- have for sure other and better things to do than constantly bugging or annoying you, posting so called "hater" posts on this forum, like this was really a fun thing to do.

We, as customers, have long since made our opinion about your company's policy and support.
You're stating a good support for all devices ? Then how on earth is there still so many posts asking for support or updates for every device released and complaining there is none ? Why on earth your one and only answer to 75% of the bugs or issue is "factory reset, flash and format" again and again ? If this is really what needs to be done to clear the issues faced, then at very least, admit that your ROM is not ok !

I assume your company is still at its early years, and it can't be expected from you the same level than any major or even bigger or older company.
But the support, the communication and the customer related skills are to be improved drastically.

Your devices are decent, with reasonable prices. But lots of other company devices are as well.
Customer loyalty is gained by trust and support.
You are on the edge of losing it, however nice your products are looking.

You have at least two options.
1. (recommended) Copy your ringtone files to the Ringtones folder in the internal memory (don't store ringtones on the SD card), reboot your phone and you'll find your files in the list of ringtones.
2. Open your file in the stock music player and you can set it as ringtone after tapping the 3-dot menu button at the top right corner.

Don't wait for 7.x upgrade for a few months due to missing SDK which is not provided by MTK for that configuration. It is not sure that MTK will release it.
But I hope it will have some new 6.01 firmwares with bugfixes.

I know, but Umi also must know that we are not a group of ignorants (perhaps I'm, because I buy this phone).
By the way, Bluetooth problems reported on this forum, not fixed.

That picture was present in an early announcement (computer graphics, not real photos inside), before the real product started to be pre-sold and manufactured. The same case like with the UMIDIGI Crystal now. You can see many concepts of that new model but the specs and looks of the final products are not known yet. As soon as its pre-sale had started, UMI Plus E was NEVER advertised with upcoming Android 7 upgrade. On your ordering page or on the official product pages you've never could see a such information. As you can see, the blue color UMi Plus E was just another concept but has not become a real product.

I can't understand what you fixed in the last firmware?It's a marketing ploy? threw a bone just leave me alone.
First: energoprofil not corrected ,then the 4K recording also falls off,Bluetooth has been in the dump with the radio in the car and left.Then what are you still fixed??
