We are still waiting for MediaTek to release a special version of the Android 7 SDK for the Helio  ...

So, the one we all shall blame is Mediatek?
Are they going to get Helio P20 kicked out of the market?
Or there is a behind the screen story here.
Perhaps they demand a certain amount of investment?
Who knows...

Yes actually the update has fixed the battery problem and am very happy for that , but another problem has shown now : the camera unable to start until i restart the phone or giving rotated photos or video . Please keep in mind the super bad quality while the camera is working in the darkness . Am very satisfied of the umi plus e but i may change it if there is no planning to fix those problems of the camera . Any solution ?

It's a post from 2 months before the Plus E got released. Nobody confuted that, originally this model was planned to be released with Android 7. Could you order this phone in September 2016? No, you could not. Was it advertised with Android 7.0 out of the box or with the promise of a later upgrade at the end of November, when its sale was started? No, it was not.

Very strange. Go to 'Settings --> Display' and calibrate the G-sensor.

Ola, eu tenho um Umi Plus E, e ele do nada travou e não liga, quando coloca ele para carregar ou no computador acende uma luz vermelha do lado da câmera, tentei reiniciar de fabrica ele pelo flash tools, só que ele não carrega a barra do flash tools não inicia o download e o processo de formatação do celular, tentei fazer usando o piscador do celular segurando o botão power mas mesmo assim não iniciou a formatação, agradeço desde já qualquer ajuda.

Do you have a blinking/flashing red light or a constant one?
After connecting your phone to usb, can you see a preloader usb com port in your windows device manager for a few seconds? If not, please reboot your computer and/or try to use another USB cable.

Eu tenho uma luz vermelha constante ela só pista quando eu aperto o power e seguro por alguns segundos.

\n\n1 tem uma luz que quando coloca no usb a luz acende, e fica constante,
2 não reconhece no computador ja tentei varios outros cabos e mesmo assim não consigo resolver o problema.
