I can't confirm this information as I know nothing about Android 8.
Some details about Bencebacsi are completely fake so I just simply not confirming any informations provided by this user.
1st. April was a long time ago but we still got a funny guy here. Unfortunately I've never been to Poland. ;)
Of course, there's nothing in development about Android 8.
To speak about the facts, the Android 7.1.1 OTA was pushed today but some bugs were found, so it's been removed. I can't tell you an exact date or time now but it's about just a quick fixing, it's not about further weeks of waiting. Please stay tuned.

I'm on the previous update. When the OTA will be pushed, do I will need to do the 11/04 update, then the Nougat update, or OTA will directly propose the Nougat ?
