Hi,
Probably due to a specific software bug your phone cannot be connected to the OTA server. To resolve such issues, the update file with instructions how to update your phone manually are provided here.

For me fast charging is working well with latest update

Hi,

I installed this latest update(manually). Conclusion: the guys from forum are right, the fast charging is gone, does not work. Why Umi, how can you release an update if is not properly tested?
Instead to release a phone/month, please focus on good updates with proper testing.
Please send this problem to engineers to start working ASAP for creating a update that fix the fast charging problem. I am thinking to sell my Umi Plus and in the future I will not buy or recommend Umi until I will hear that it offers good updates support.

Well, after the last update manually. My charge works ok. The fingerprint sensor sometimes unlock the phone without my fingerprint. Just becsuse i handle it in my palm.
If i touch with my hand some times its unlock.

The fast charging is working correctly on any umi plus update. If you have any issues please check usb wire and charger. Also you can perform factory reset after OTA update or use SPFT and flash complete ROM (WITH ALL PARTITIONS CHECKED)

I have done that things and doesn't work, so I have returned to previous ROM and fast charge works 100%.
