Hello. I have Umidigi Z Pro for 1 week and i have no problems WI-FI works fine , mobile data works fine. i hate that it is overheating to much when i play games

, and full charging takes more then 100min. When Android 7 is coming?

Salve,risolvere al più presto il problema della batteria, e il telefono scalda molto anche usandolo normalmente, senza giocare,e spero che arrivi android 7 al più presto come promesso.

After the update to new update have a problem with sound. It dissapeared. No sound in apps, videos, call ringing etc. Only one solution what help for a short time is phone reboot. Is there any solution to fix this problem.

Hi,

I tried to copy the APN Setting from my Provider from another Phone who the 3G/4G Data is working
On the other Phone, the APN Type is set as following: default,supl,agps,fota,dun,hipri
In the APN Type from the Z Pro, we can only choice flowing: default,supl,dun
The others are missing

Do you know why?

Dear UMIDIGI Team,

I'm using UMIDIGI Z Pro for about 3 week phone is satisfactory but there are few things which have to be improved:
- Battery discharges very fast
- Why wifi sucks battery
- Noise should be removed from photos taken from camera
- Speaking speaker which is hold to ear is quite should be increased
If all of these issues fixed it will be superb phone

I have my umidigi z pro for 2 weeks and have same problems plus overheating to much when i play gems.

Perhaps it heats quit hot and I play games rarely but battery discharging really annoying

Si riscalda troppo e la batteria dura poco, speriamo subito in un aggiornamento,che risolva questi problemi.

There is no doubt that soft is rough and needs to optimize a lot and we hope that UMI won't seaze support soon

Since I have windows 7 I've installed the VCOM driver on page 1 of this thread.
I start SP Flash tool as Administrator, go to download tab and select the correct TWRP (TWRP 3.1.0 for UMI Z) files.
I press Download and after that I connect the phone... nothing happens!!!

I can see and browse the phone on Windows Explorer (shows up as Z Pro) but in SP Flash Tool it does not advance forward. It doesn't seem to 'see' the phone when I connect it.

Any suggestions?
