Does UMI actually care about its customers?
so far i have to say NO, from all i get is contact the seller or buy the bits and fix yourself!!!! no actual support or care from UMi
I have had 3 UMI phones 1 x Touch, 2x Super the touch the finger pring sensor button was of poor quality and with in 48hrs was on its way back to china via dul, who never collected the phone and it was destroyed by DHL both the supers have had the expanding battry issue so that proves its a production issue both screens cracked i fixed it once and put a new battry in bbut again the battry failed.
I loved the UMI Super phone it was great worked with no issues untill the battry faults either its a charging issue and the batterys cant handel fast charging or its just poor battries either way its UMI who should be doing a samsung type recall free of charge or offering customers a New model phone
