Vol+ and Power together is not the first time fires, and all is well goes into recovery mode. The firmware is not exactly becoming , three times I flashed using the computer until it worked.Reset to 23.01.17 and then with the sd card put 08.03.17 . The Bluetooth works well. One bad battery did not, eats very quickly with any application.

For me I still have the same problems with my this update as the earlier A7 update:

1.) Banking app still does NOT work (barclays) - it was fine on android 6 - This is one of the main reasons I use my phone so my phone is useless if this does not work.  Thinking hard about returning my phone
2.) Still have issues when skyping with friends - they hear a horrible microphone sound - again was fine on android 6
3.) When you go out of airplane mode, the bluetooth is turned on automatically
4.) There seems to be no way of disabling finger print unlock. Sometimes the phone randomly vibrates for "failed finger login attempt" and I need to restart my phone to stop this. Ocassionally, it reappears again. There seems to be no setting to disable this feature on my phone. I can only delete finger prints.

I am tired of having to wait for another update. Any one managed to flash back to A6 on windows 10? I am struggling to get my laptop to flash back to A6. I have learnt my lesson now. I'm definitely not getting another umi phone!

All wait for the update umi bang it out that we can use it and no customer like samsung or other makes great software at the first time... Let umi know one time real bugs and no bugs that we have self made by bad flash or install bad apps. Umi makes a great job at all. Greetings ALcAtRas

Yes but Samsung will at least fix these issues quicker - even probably releaseing weekly fixes. Umi release updates like every 2 months and it frustrates me. If at least I can see regular updates, I would be know at least this will be fixed. Some of the issues I reported were also reported by other users several weeks ago and I have no acknowldgement from Umi that they are working on this issue. Don't get me wrong, apart from the camera, the hardware of this phone is very good. but the software is just lacking badly. So now I don't know when my issues will be fixed or if at all they will be fixed. I am left with a phone that can't do basic functionalities I expect

Since i updated to android 7, there are following problems:
- fingerprint sensor often thinks air is a finger. In standby mode the sensor is scanning the Air and prepairing it as a wrong finger. so there are often too much tries, so i have to put in my password.

-Battery drain. it looks like android 7 does not know the exact capazity of the battery and usage. So there is are wrong battery specification in percent and a wrong battery usage specification in settings (Display, OS, etc..). it isnt possible that 43 % of battery is going to display which just needed 535 mAH.
(Second proof for wrong battery size: i tried the app "Ampere", which detects the current loading speed in mAH. it says my phone doesnt support the newer measuring method since marshmellow. it just support the old method on android lollipop and older.


So this are the reasons why i flash now android 6 back.

and on the other side, for me there are not much things new in android 7. there are a few little differences, but not much. it isnt worth.


(Notice: i replaced the battery 1 week ago because my old battery was blowing up after 6 month. Very nice "Sony" quality cells inside the Super. Just marketing, nothing else. i think the battery doesnt tolerate quick charge)
